We often forget that our body loves us so much — always trying to keep us alive and well, working overtime breathing while we’re asleep, stopping cuts from bleeding, fighting our cold or flu… and the list goes on.

You get to decide what, when and how!

How It Works
You will connect with me exclusively through video, email and text. All you need is a phone, tablet or laptop.
Start by filling out the WWP questionnaire form sharing your goals, fitness experience, health history, previous or current injuries, nutrition history/habits, lifestyle/schedule, food sensitivities, likes and dislikes.
This information will be used to help me understand how to plan for our initial meeting. From there, it would also help me strategize a personalized program for you.
Our initial meeting will also help you determine if the WWP program is right for you. So rest assured you’re not obligated to join if you feel that it isn’t a right fit.
If you should decide to join, always know that I’ve got your back! You have UNLIMITED Video/Email/Text correspondence with me to coach you on this exciting journey.
In addition to this, every 2 weeks you will be required to report your progress updates so we can adjust your plan accordingly.
This is where it gets even more exciting. I will coach you through any obstacles along the way and help keep you compliant with your plan.

We will build a custom profile for you to track your progress and keep you accountable to yourself and your coach (me).

Your own Custom Workout Program will be designed to include fat-burn resistance training and metabolic conditioning to help you effectively achieve your goals.
Whether you’ve been diligently following a plan that have produced dissatisfying results or have not done much to get yourself empowered in wellness and fitness, I can help you reset your game plan to one that will be most effective for you.
Through your My PT Hub app, you will know exactly what you will be doing and when to do it any day of the week.
Your Customized Nutritional Plan
Together, we will create a Custom Nutrition Game Plan based on your likes, dislikes, allergies or food sensitivities.
I believe that food flexibility and variety is so important as it will greatly contribute to your commitment level.
We will create strategies that allow you to eat the foods you enjoy and creatively sub one food for another when needed.
Yes, this means including “fun foods” in your plan so you can learn to reward yourself and strategically eat what you want on the days you choose.
Our goal here is to keep things simple, fun and just plain smart to eliminate as much calorie-counting and guilt as possible.
