No More Jiggly-Jello Arms!
 
Most of my female clients want tighter triceps [back of the arms]. They even come up with nicknames to call the soft, jiggly tricep muscle: saddlebags, flying squirrels, jiggly Jell-O, lol.
 
I know some of you ladies feel the same. So I thought I’d share one of my many tricep workouts for you to try at home.
 
Boys, you can try this too. It’s highly effective when done correctly!
 
Do all 3 exercises as shown back to back with no break. Then rest for 60 seconds. Repeat 4-5 rounds.
 
Tricep push up 10-12 reps
Bent over tricep kickback 10-15
Supine tricep extension 10-15
