Here’s an 8 inch pizza no more than 500 cal. Prosciutto and arugula pizza. Delicious! Nutritious!
Whole wheat pita bread lightly brushed with olive oil, bake it at 350°F for 10 minutes to get a crisp. Then, spread some tomato sauce, add some arugula, top with some lean prosciutto, sprinkle some more arugula, put back in the oven for couple minutes, and done!
